Deep Lagoon Seafood Restaurant was an amazing first-time experience for us, and we will definitely be back. The restaurant sits right on the water with a beautiful waterfront view that makes for a relaxing and enjoyable atmosphere. Inside, the décor has a wonderful sea-life theme, and they even have a lobster tank filled with live lobsters, which really adds to the experience. We started with the Cheesy Crab Dip, and it was simply delicious. My wife had the Cedar Plank Salmon, and I ordered the Fried Oysters with cole slaw and onion rings. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and cooked perfectly. A huge shoutout to our server Sarah, who was outstanding from start to finish. She provided excellent service, was very attentive, and made our visit even more enjoyable. Since today was Memorial Day, I also truly appreciated that as a veteran they honored me with a generous $30 discount. That gesture meant a lot and shows how much they value and appreciate veterans. Great food, beautiful views, excellent service, and a wonderful atmosphere. I highly recommend Deep Lagoon Seafood Restaurant!

Some restaurants serve food. Deep Lagoon in Ft. Myers delivers an experience. From the second we walked in, the atmosphere felt upscale without being stuffy — the kind of place where you instantly know you’re about to have a great night. Lynn, the manager, was attentive, welcoming, and present the entire evening. You can tell when management truly cares about the guest experience, and it absolutely shows here. Now let’s talk about the food… because WOW. Every single thing we ordered was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly executed. My filthy martini was ice cold, perfectly balanced, and honestly one of the best I’ve had in a long time. The Tuna Tikal was incredibly fresh and melted in your mouth — light, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. Even the salad with honey mustard stood out, which says a lot because who normally remembers the salad? It was crisp, refreshing, and perfect for a hot Florida evening. And somehow… the mashed sweet potatoes deserve their own paragraph. I don’t know what magic is happening in that kitchen, but they were unreal. Visited for the first time for Mother's Day today. We ordered Calamari(delicious!), Clam chowder and Seafood Gumbo( very good) our entres were-Chili rubbed Triple Tail, Captains Platter and Ceder plank Salmon. The food was good and the service was outstanding! We were in and out in 45 minutes! Highly recommend!

Food was really good and was surprised to see the fish sold fresh here. Selection looked great and was excited to try the whole menu. The calamari was a little over breaded, but the onion rings and shrimp tacos where perfect. We had a rough start on the hot outside patio, also no one was coming to serve us. The host was nice enough to let us move inside and we got service very quickly after that. Food came out quick and our waiter Bradley was attentive. We'd come back here again and again. BE AWARE boats can pull up right on the dock and can be loud.

I am appreciative of how Deep Lagoon handled 900 reservations on New Years Eve with out skipping a beat. We had reservations and they sat us within 5 minutes as busy as the were. The food and the service was great. They operated as a team with Ryan as our main server. The place was so busy but it didn’t matter. On top of it valet parking was complimentary. They have never disappointed us.
